Noob here searching for advices and help at Holding

Hi, first of all, sorry for my english. I am a noob, and start about 3 month ago, I put money and buy about 5/6 alts, then buy 3/4 really shitscoins, was all in green, now I am all in red and Make really bad movés like sell in a loss, and another neutral movés like sell with 50% profit in an ALTcoin for example, but now I am research in this forum a little and I learn a few.

So now I have a portfolio in red with many shitscoins, another ALTcoins and a little % of BTC...

I Have to wait then that all of my shitscoins and ALTcoins growing and get it back my winnings or I have to sell all my shits and alts ( all in red) and buy BTC and ETH and hold Forever? Thanks for avance
