Not really sure where to stack. Help me to decide

Hi, i really would want to stack long term, even small amouts monthly maybe 200-300€.

How are you guys doing it? Are you buying kyc btc through and online exchanges and after certain amount you send it to your hardware? Not worried after X years you have stacked not anonymous coins with your ID and adress and everything with them?

Or are you purely stacking p2p or through atm not worried about fees? Here are 10% #$%! .... a lot
