On boarding followups

For those of you who on board people to bch, do you follow up with then after a while to see if they are still using it? I actually have asked a location that I onboarded a long time ago and unfortunately they said nobody really showed any interest so they still just have the small amount of bch that I gave them just sitting in their wallet.
