"onboarding" grifters

does anyone else wonder sometimes how many of these "onboarders" and "business development" folks are just taking the community for a ride? the stuff you guys fund on flipstarter really has me shaking my head sometimes. here we can also discuss the efficacy of face-to-face merchant onboarding, and how adding fake merchants can easily be gamed.
