One step towards zero-confirmation escrows that could make 0-conf really really safe!

Someone just went ahead and implemented it!!! He didn't wait for someone to tell him to do it, he saw it needs to be done and he did it. That's permissionless open-source development - just do it! There's much more work till' it becomes a reality, but this is an awesome first step!
