Opinion: CoinEx is much better than Coinbase

I just wanted to say that CoinEx has been a much better exchange for me than Coinbase has ever been.

For example, Coinbase Customer Support is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They sometimes take MONTHS to respond to a single email inquiry, and when they do finally respond, it is usually a form letter response that was copied & pasted from their website’s FAQs. It’s almost like Coinbase is TRYING to be the worst exchange in the industry.

Meanwhile, CoinEx has extremely fast customer support responses with extremely helpful people replying. It seems like they’re answering questions 24/7 at CoinEx... sometimes I’ve gotten responses within 10 minutes of sending a message, but I’ve never had to wait more than 48 hours for a response. And they’re always helpful & friendly responses that are actually a direct answer to what I’m asking about! No generic form letter replies.

Also, CoinEx has a much more advanced website than Coinbase. Even when comparing CoinEx to Coinbase Pro, CoinEx is the far superior platform.

They also have higher limits than Coinbase, too, so they offer more flexibility than Coinbase.

I’ve just been very impressed with CoinEx, all the way around.
