Poor BCH buying experience at bitcoin.com

I used to purchase BCH via a website called bittylicious.com but they have stopped selling BCH now apparently due to a change that has been introduced. I am in the UK buying with GBP and so decided to try bitcoin.com. With bittyliscous I would either select the amount of GBP I wished to spend or the amount of BCH I wished to buy and would then be given a price and this is the price I would pay and I would know how much BCH I would receive.

If I type 2 BCH in to bitcoin.com it might say that will cost £690 but I will actually pay £750 and receive 1.95BCH. This is not good. OK there is a ton of fees that are not presented in that initial figure. Why not ?

Sorry but this is not a good service from the customers point of view. If I actually want to buy 2 BCH exactly is there even a way to do that. It is so bad that I may just have to buy BTC from bitty and convert it to BCH in future if I cant find a better option. Even driving to the nearest BCH cashpoint might be better value.
