Price discrepancy between BCH and BTC

I remember BCH trading consistently with BTC a few years ago.

I've been out of the loop the last few years and basically just let everything just sit in a wallet untouched.

What's going on with BTC going up while BCH remains sub $300. Last time BTC was at $14k, BCH was around $2-3k
