Question about satoshipyramid mechanic for expired bets

... At which point a new Satoshi Pyramid game will begin, and payments will be forwarded to the next game of Satoshi Pyramid players.

What does this mean? How will the expired bets be "forwarded" to the next game? If the equivalent value of expired payments is equivalent to $1,000,000,000 -- how will that be distributed to the next round?

I was thinking that enthusiasm for satoshipyramid is likely to die after the first round because of how many people are going to get burnt. But if these "expired" payments can be used to make the next round more enticing, it might sustain the attention and make it bigger and bigger each round. "Oh I heard so many people lost money on that round. Not interested... Wait? It's more than double on the next round? I'm right on time!". Like maybe there's a bonus amount for the winnings that come from the forwarded payment?

I thought it might be or suggest it to be like this:

Typical winnings (paid by the sucker after you ?) plus some fraction of forwarded payment that exponentially decreases with each level but is asymptotic to X% of the "forwarded pool" so that each round that remaining X% from the forwarded pool is added to the current round's expired bets and the "bonus" each round just increases and increases making each succeeding round more enticing than the previous one)

Is that how it is intended? Or is it how it already is??
