Realistically, does the 4 year cycle even exist anymore?

Everyone is scared that we’re in a bear market and falling and sitting at 94k now and we may go even lower. But this time round, many large institutions and people/companies tied to DJT have scooped up large amounts of BTC, and knowing how easily crypto can be manipulated now, it makes me wonder if the 4 year cycle even exists or is this “bear market”an artificially manufactured one for certain people to scoop up even more of what they already have?

No hopium, no unrealistic expectations. Just thoughts.
