Reasons to be bearish
I’ve been bearish on Bitcoin since October because I did not see where the next injection of liquidity was coming from. Everyone I spoke to just buys and holds, or will not buy at all.
The price only goes up when liquidity becomes available
No retail interest. The liquidity was drained from the ETFs, not coming from companies or governments (who are buying gold) it just seemed to be from existing traders and what seems to be small number of DCAs. Just hopeium, technicals, and fumes.
Oh, and Saylor is a convicted fraudseter, bringing zero credibility to crypto. what a disaster.
Also $0 or $1m? There are other options.
Giving the amount of money that came in, the price was .. weak. Peaked well below the rainbow chart prediction.
So I expected a drop, but it’s was so fast! And now the price is below the bottom of the rainbow chart - that’s never happened.
Who’s going to buy something that is underperforming much safer things like the SP 500? Who’s going to risk buying something that’s doing just 7%/yr? Many better performing safer assets out there now.
Sell signal: Robert Kobyoshi or Tom Lee, or anyone saying the 4 year cycle is over and $250k by year end. Saylor desperately posting about $0.065m/BTC.
I’m still bearish, but less so, as there seems less downside risk.
I continue to be quite bullish on gold.
