Regret About Missing the Bitcoin Train in 2009/2010
Back in 2008, I had a very powerful desktop computer—easily capable of handling demanding tasks. Then, in 2009/2010, I stumbled upon discussions about bitcoin while browsing forums. I read about it, but I didn’t give it much thought at the time.
Looking back now, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of regret. The idea was there, the hardware was ready, but I completely missed the opportunity to mine or even buy some BTC when it was practically free.
I see stories of others who believed in it early on, and I can’t stop wondering where I’d be today if only I had recognized the potential back then. Anyone else here have a similar story of missing the boat?
Let me know your thoughts. It’s bittersweet reflecting on what could have been.
