Reliable decentralized BTC swap/bridge?

Looking to move some Bitcoin to another chain without using a centralized exchange. Every option I find either has sketchy reviews, slow transaction times, or asks for more info than I want to share.

What decentralized BTC bridges or swaps have you actually used and trusted? Ideally something non-custodial where I keep control of my keys the whole time. If you've done this recently, let me know what worked and what didn't.
