Russian army stole my miners , any ideas finding them back?
Hey guys,
So it's confirmed now by our neighbour which I already feared, my asic miners and eth rigs have been taken as loot by the Russians.
They were in the basement of our to-be renovated house in Bucha, the house itself is stripped and under construction, we didn't live there but I already got the basement in working order with a 50kw power capacity to run the miners. We lived of those things and I put most of my money in it.
We left our apartment in Kiev on the 24th of February and took what we could, it took us 4 hours to get to our house in Bucha (30km from our apartment) we stayed there in the basement to asses the situation further. We heard bombs and saw a lot of smoke plumes coming from Gostomel (Antonov airport) one time I almost shit my pants when a Russian mig flew right over our house almost touching the pine trees. We couldn't stay there and in the evening went back to Kiev. The following day I told my wife that we'd be going and another hell of 4 hours to get to the highway started. This time we went for real and after 4 days of endless traffic jams and queues at the border we finally got to my mom's place in the Netherlands, where I am originally from. (I moved to Ukraine in 2017 to live with my Ukrainian wife)
Early April the Russian retreated from Bucha and our neighbour went back to assess the damage, the Russian looted every house in our street and village, took what they could or which seemed valuable. Our house is damaged, windows have been broken, electricity equipment destroyed or taken and our new steel gate got driven over by a tank.
To keep a story short: is there any way to try and get my equipment back? Are there fellow miners or experts out there that know if a mining pool stores mac addresses or serial numbers? I have the serial numbers of all the asics but not of the eth rigs. I am staying in a hotel provided by the Dutch government to us, we're all safe and ok.
FWIW stuff that's gone:
3 canaan avalons 1246 87th
3 antminer s19 pro
2 eth rigs total 24 cards mostly 3060 ti FE, 3070 FE and 3080 FE cards. (no, I didn't scalp them)
