Sent BCH lower than 1sat/byte fee, and now it's stuck what will happen to it?

I think it won't confirm how can i double spend

SOLVED: Okay i found a solution, i connected another node which it doesn't know, now the transaction disappeared from the wallet and i spent same outputs.
