Serious question about some arguments against bch

So I've read most of the reasons why bch is good, low transaction fees, speed, 0 conf, scaling, etc. But what about when people bring up that litecoin, nano, and various other coins do what bch does but better? I am just curious about some of the talking points regarding these other coins. Is BCH objectively the "best" crypto over all other "cheap transaction fee" coins?
