SmartBCH questions

I have no knowledge on ERC20 tokens or anything Ethereum related.

Will SmartBCH allow you to make tokens? I have kind of a meme level idea and thought creating my own blockchain/coin was way over the top.

I’m assuming there are some documents I can look into?
