Suggestions for cloud mining?

What cloud mining companies do you prefer and why? Are there big differences in fees and prices? How often are they scams that eventually suddenly shut down without ever giving you the full ROI you expected? I'm fed up with trying to figure out an easy way to buy some BCH for purse.io and VPNs and I'm thinking of just investing some money on mining and hopefully I'll make the same BCH eventually. Is that reasonable?
