Talking about NO Inflation: Rent an Apartment for 0.88 € per YEAR!

While inflation rates of the USA are published today, look at this:

The Fuggers were a wealthy merchant family around Renaissance times. More than half a millennium ago they built and subsidized the Fuggerei, a housing complex with more than 100 apartments for the poor, that still exists in Augsburg, Bavaria. It is the oldest of its kind worldwide. Jakob Fugger decreted in the foundation that the price should stay the same forever.

It was almost completely destroyed by swedish troops in the 30 year religious war, rebuilt and destroyed once more 1944 by british air raids bombing civilian targets. The foundation is still running this social institution, more than twice the age of the USA.

Bitcoin doesn’t depend on a benevolent founder. It has a built-in conservation of value.
