The BCH Telegram has left me quite disappointed

I couldn't take it anymore.

At first it was GREAT. Someone in the telegram introduced me to noise.cash. They gave me tips on creating an SLP token. I found a streamer who makes amazing music and accepts BCH as tips in his stream.

But today was bad. REAL bad. An army of "scamdemic" folks stormed in spewing non-BCH related garbage and refused to stop. This is also when I learned that blocking people in Telegram doesn't block their messages from your view in groups (useless). No matter how much I tried to steer the conversation back on track to BCH adoption and BCH-related topics, I was ignored while the conspiracy theorists kept vomiting all over the channel. To make things worse, someone who appeared to oppose their views kept egging them on. I just wanted it to stop.

So I realized it's just not for me. It's a shame, because I'm really excited about BCH. I realized that if I was brand new to BCH, and if I had walked into that channel for the first time ever during all of this, I would have just turned away and never looked back. It would have left a permanent stain in my mind associated with BCH. But thankfully I know better.

I hope the mods in that channel get their shit together. But I've had enough.
