There's a good chance, I'll never go hungry again

Brief history about myself: I grew up one of eight siblings in a rural southern state.

Although I didn't think of it at the time, my family was relatively poor with no air conditioning and sparse electricity. Despite this, I consider my childhood very happy.

Food was usually scarce. And sometimes I would hide cans under my bed.

You can imagine, my relationship with food has been conditioned from an early age that food should never be wasted.

I still catch myself finishing my plate when I don't have to. Even when I'm full, I have a compulsion to finish.

Now I feel pretty secure and can mostly buy whatever food I want.

I started looking at my Bitcoin holdings and then project out a low interest I could receive by defi.

Even at a low APY/APR I can earn roughly $50 a week.

Assuming Bitcoin keeps up with inflation, then I can receive an earning that is congruent to a week's worth of groceries... Forever.

I can lose my job, my house, my car.

But if my math is right (which I low-balled).

I'll never be hungry again.
