Transaction pending for 16 days without TXID

Hi! I’ve made a small onchain transaction on the 4th of October. It’s ever since been pending, without any TXID. The person at Blink told me there isn’t a TXID yet, because the transaction hasn’t been broadcasted yet.

What should I do?

Am I wrong to ask Blink to cancel the transaction & refund it into the original wallet?
