Transaction pending for days, should I be worried?

I withdrew $90 worth of BTC from a gambling site on the 11th, and the transaction fee was roughly 2%. Edit: I spoke to the site support and they were super understanding (thankfully). I got a refund for the fee i paid since their ETA was wrong, and they will issue a full refund if the transaction expires
