Transaction throughput question

So Elon Musk on the Lex Friedman podcast stated that Bitcoin couldn't be used as a currency because of its low tx problem, and even mildly went into the small block discussion. He then stated that doge doesn't have this problem.

My question is, given a block size of... say 64 MB, what could BCH do transaction wise? Is it anywhere near the "Visa" level?

I use 64 because I don't see that as an issue, but then again I've never seen the limitation the small block crowd manufactures.

I really wish Lex had asked about BCH.
