Tumblers?

What other tokens are there that can be tumbled. Are services that tumble crypto other than BTC?

For the record I legally acquire my crypto. I do however see the benefit in "erasing" or obfuscating the trail leading to my identity. Does it even make sense to worry about this now?

Considering privacy coins exist and all. . . ZEC, XMR for example. What would be the proper process of preparation before and after tumbling?
