Using Bitcoin.com wallet to swap USDT erc20 to BCH, what do I do about the minimum ETH required?

Hello, I have USDT erc20 in my wallet and I am trying to swap it to BCH. It's saying insufficient funds so I guess it needs some ETH from what I can find online?

Thing is, when I try to swap my BTC to ETH, it says minimum I can swap is like $140 worth. Wtf? I need just like $20 in ETH for the USDT translation probably. If I swap that much ETH, I will have to pay a premium when converting back to some other coin.

Any easy solution to this problem? (And that doesn't cost me a fortune)
