What should my next step be with Nuyen?

Yesterday I introduced Nuyen (NUYEN).

Today I'm already feeling defeated. I thought it was a good idea, but you can't expect everyone else to share your vision. I'm just frustrated because I only got to talk to a select few mods of groups, and never got through to fans of Shadowrun on a massive scale.

So far this is how it has gone:

• Contacted mods of r/Shadowrun and asked for permission to discuss Nuyen in their subreddit. After twenty hours they replied and said no, they're not interested unless they can make money from it.

• Applied to various Facebook groups. Got accepted to 2. In one, I contacted the mods, again asking for permission to discuss Nuyen, and without any reply was banned from the group. The other group banned me before I could even contact the mods (they may be connected).

• Found a Discord group of online Shadowrunners. Again, contacted the head honcho. This guy was at least courteous enough to let me know why he wasn't interested. Apparently there's a system called "chummer" that acts as a solution for keeping track of in-game stats, nuyen, etc. But again, zero interest.

I spoke with my friend, whom is convinced these people are missing out, or at the very least causing people to miss out on something great, but I said to him: "There's a difference between 'hey I have a cool idea!' and 'this idea is worth fighting for'". It was never my intention to force this on people and I made that very clear by not simply spamming their communities, and instead asking for permission first.

In a way, I feel like they're "walling-off the garden" so-to-speak, but at the same time, this was my idea. Of course I'm going to be excited about it. Who am I to say it's a good idea for everyone else?

I know this feels very defeatist as it has only been a day. But if I'm already getting this much push back, is it really worth it? So what should I do?

• Sit on what's left of the 100B Nuyen forever?

• Give out the Nuyen like a madman, whether or not they give a shit about its intended usage?

• Burn whatever's left and just keep it between myself, my friends, and anyone else who has already received some?

I feel like I've gotten a small taste of what Mr. Ver has to deal with as a proponent for BCH. I mean look at Mr. Hill in this video. Could he look any less interested? He's being shown something that's cool as fuck, by Mr. Bitcoin Cash himself, but the guy just sits there with his sunglasses on, looking like he couldn't give two fucks.
