Where is SmartBCH right now on its roadmap?

When is SmartBCH going decentralized? Ive seen no news about it, yet.

Also, has anything of utility (not speculative or promoting ponzi-like behavior) been produced and/or adopted on SmartBCH yet? This may be opinion-based, but im thinking like digital identity, decentralized undercollateralized loaning, open-ended prediction markets, etc...

I think SmartBCH is an interesting concept. While I do not like Ethereum or the current "Defi/Web3" craze, I think being able to create a decentralized autonomous L2 to offboard nonpayment transactional activity is an excellent usecase/concept that should be encouraged, to an extent. I am keeping my eyes on this, i am just curious.
