Why are people still using bitrefill? Have we not discovered Dundle yet?

Why are people still using bitrefill?

Have we not discovered https://dundle.com/ yet? They use bitpay and while I only checked stuff closer to my country (which is in western Europe), it does look like they have a pretty decent covering worldwide.
