Why Bitcoin Cash STILL need the BMP?

The previous team of "devs with power" blocked the advance of the BMP project with IFPv3/IFPv4, damaging the Bitcoin Cash project, causing a split, for third time, exactly as I predicted in my papers and in this downvoted article:

Decentralized governance is still possible and necessary in Bitcoin Cash. Once we solve that, with the whitepaper in hand, everything else can be solved.
