Why buy the Bitcoin etf when you can just buy Bitcoin itself?

Is there any advantage to buying a Bitcoin etf over buying Bitcoin itself? I can’t see why buying a Bitcoin etf over Bitcoin itself would be a better move? Is there any thing I’m missing in this assessment?
