Why Cryptocurrencies?: Looking for reviews

My book about p2p digital cash has been released successfully, but I need your help. I'm missing reviews on the big sites, so if you've read the book, please consider leaving a review. I hate to ask it like this, but it would be really helpful.

You can leave a review at Amazon, Goodreads or wherever you bought the book. And if you haven't bought the book, the whole book is also available online for free!
