Why doesn’t BCH move price when Elon Musk tweets about it but Doge does?

I get Bitcoin moves the market...

But doge coin saw a lift when it became a thing on social a few weeks ago.

Can someone explain why didn’t we just see any movement with Elon’s tweet?
