Why is the BCH community fail at marketing so badly?
In the early days of BTC we relentlessly trolled and forced our way into the conscience of mainstream despite the constant hate campaigns and censorship against it, that momentum is what BTC is still floating on. When I look at the efforts of BitcoinCash, it feels like there is no enthusiasm nor serious efforts to expand its network effect. From the outside, the current state of the network is pretty much depressing.
Technical/dev superiority and on-boarding some merchants alone means exactly nothing in this space. Is it really just the fact that losing the scaling war made bch proponents give up and/or retreat into their niche echo-chambers or lesser networks? Essentially giving up? Is BitcoinCash impossible to market properly due to its branding alone?
The numerous flipstarters focusing on ‘marketing’ feel like cashgrabs without substance too.
Discuss.
