What are your experiences using Bitcoin? Are you just a holder, you use it occasionally or in your daily life?

My story is I was first introduced to bitcoin from the dogecoin community. Specifically, my younger brother was selling RuneScape items for dogecoin.

At that time I never bought any. Fast forward to 2016. I bought some and ended up selling because a roommate ghosted us and I had to pay the rent. I ended up buying back in and during COVID lockdowns and continued since then.

I've randomly seen people accepting it throughout California, when I visit/travel to central America I was surprised to see it being accepted at a good amount of place in Panajachel, Antigua and ciudad de Guatamala. While in El Salvador saw a good amount of places and people accepted it and it was nice to use. A lot of people also didn't accept it or even know how it worked but overall it made it less stressful to travel because I didn't have to plan to bring all cash or have to do an international atm withdrawal. It's a pretty big mixed bag of opinions on El Salvador on the use of Bitcoin. My partner's family and a lot of her friends who live in El Salvador all have varying opinions on it.

Overall, as someone who's been in the space for a good amount of time , I think adoption is far out. Some people don't understand, some don't know about it. Some lack the means to even get into the space.

What are your guy's experiences? I'm all ears and hope I didn't ramble too much!
