Would you pay a premium for goods/services if they accept Bitcoin?

Many merchants don't accept Bitcoin, but might if they could immediately covert it to fiat and charge a premium price for all associated fees, time, and risk. How much of a price premium would you be willing to pay to use Bitcoin?
